Running the full spectrum of startup to corporate environments, Peter Skwiot Smith has spent his career working uncovering order in chaos. Shifting from design to product to strategy, he strips complex problems down to their essentials; planning for what’s next yet never losing sight of what is needed now.

As a design leader and a keen observer, he understands that design is only one piece of the product puzzle. Does it function is almost as important as ensuring it can function. The right idea can (and should be allowed to) come from anywhere—and knowing how to facilitate conversations, ask the right questions, and pull all the wishes & constraints to the forefront is crucial.
