Running the full spectrum of startup to corporate environments, Peter Skwiot Smith has spent his career working to pull order in chaos. Shifting from design to product to strategy, he strips complex problems down to their essentials; planning for what’s next yet never losing sight of what is needed now.

As a design leader and a keen observer, he understands that design is only one piece of the product puzzle. “Does it function?” is almost as important as ensuring it can function. The right idea can (and should be allowed to) come from anywhere; by facilitating conversations and asking the right questions, he pulls the actual problems to forefront, editing in realtime, and keeping projects in-motion and on-track.
